(ANSA) – NAPLES, 11 JUN – “A success that went beyond our expectations, we aimed at one million visitors and we registered an even higher number: 1,047,000 admissions”.
It is with those record numbers that Claudio Sebillo and Alessandro Marinacci, organizers of the Naples Pizza Village, celebrate the conclusion of the eighth edition of the event which in a few years became a success also known abroad. The final numbers of the kermesse report 200 thousand pizzas made (including those in hospitality area and pizza area class (in partnership with Molino Caputo and Casa Rossopomodoro) whose proceeds went to charity to the association ‘A heart for friend‘ Carlo Vosa, in the Naples area Pizza Village d’Essai and the World Pizza Chef – prepared with over 55 tons of flour, 2.5 tons of tomatoes, 2,800 liters of oil, 3 tons of dairy products and over 2,000 basil seedlings.
