Ciao! My name is Salvatore Carollo. I am a fourth generation Sicilian pizzaiolo from Philadelphia, PA. Even though I make Neapolitan pizzas, much of my style and influence come from my Sicilian heritage. My parents are from Carini (Sicily), where food is a way of life.
