Thanks to the experience gained over the years and the passion for experimentation and research, the Salvo brothers have consolidated their reputation, year after year, great technical expertise and punctual and attentive service on the floor. The pizzeria is among the best known of the national food scene, recently awarded as the third best pizzeria in the world in the TOP50 Pizza ranking. After the other brother Ciro left, Francesco and Salvatore have given off a regenerating energy, so much so that in a few years he placed himself at the top of the most famous and deserving realities in the pizza world. Their pizzeria is a war machine: great organization of service, excellent ingredients, fried food and memorable pizzas, careful selection of wines, beers, champagne, coffee and oil, to offer a unique experience, which is way far from the logic of a simple pizzeria and is enriched with new values and strengths recovered from more complex contexts, typical of a fine-dining cuisine experience.
